Job description:

Ideal Candidate should be BPM Leader with superior business management, talent management and relationshipbuilding skills, given extensive Client interfacing required in situations in both sales and delivery situations, and internallydriving the BPM business plan for UK/Europe region. Should be responsible for P/L.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales and client services teams to identify/qualify BPM opportunities, lead the BPM sales process including overall solution and helping close BPM sales deals
• Ownership of BPM programs in the region, and be a senior frontend advisor on BPM to gain client confidence
• Workclosely with clients for defining BPM solutions, technology evaluation, BPM roadmap and participate in key engagements.
• Developstrong relationships with BPM product partners for driving joint sales and GTM activities, and tight collaboration on solutions delivery for ensuring joint account radiation
• Support planning, creation and marketing of solutions and consulting offerings for the BPM practice
• Flexibility to Travel across UK and Europe is required.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience:

• 14-18years experience of which recently over 4 years must be in BPM space
• Demonstrate good understanding and experience in Pega (PRPC) technology and related frameworks
• Knowledgeand experience on other BPM technologies highly preferred (Savvion, Lombardi,Oracle BPM, TIBCO)
• Experiencein implementing BPM solutions for large enterprise applications
• Largescale BPM program management experience from conception to roll out, in clientfacing roles
• Musthave built and managed large consulting practices in BPM/CRM
• Demonstratedeep experience in BPM technology implementation in some verticals
• Onshore/OffshoreExperience
