Our client is seeking the services of an experienced BPM Architect with the following primary skills:

• BPM lifecycle implementation experience for supporting Business Transformation initiatives using Pega BPM tool
• BPM Strategy & Definition development experience for Continuous Process Improvement Programs
• BPM Product Evaluation experience for customers by assessing two or more of the following BPM products: Pega, Oracle BPM, IBM Lombardi, Appian
• Cross-Boundary Coordination experience during implementation of BPM modules and constructs
• At least 2-3 years of Telco experience in key domains such as OSS and BSS domain-specific modules
• Business Architecture experience working with Senior Management/ Business Stakeholders during BPM Evolution/ Definition phases, ability to develop and present solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and team-player skills
• Experience with Agile Development Methodology

Desirable skills would include:

• Enterprise Application Integration experience with BPM solutions
• Telecommunications Market Understanding
• Understanding of TMF eTOM constructs and processes
• Development of Market/Campaign Management Strategies

This role will see you as the single point of contact for the client side and so you will have good capability to draw execution plans and deliver designs and implement solutions in Pega PRPC. You will also have the the ability to independently handle technology aspects of projects.
